The 6”6’ ruckman hailing from Victoria has broken into the side in 2020 as a backup for ruckman Nic Naitanui. Together the pair have formed a formidable ruck partnership one which we hope to see develop next year, with Williams hopefully signing a new contract before the 2021 season.

The towering ruckman has a wealth of athletic ability, being quick off the mark, strong yet able to dominate players in the air as much as on the ground. Williams played every game for the West Coast reserves in the 2019 WAFL season, while scoring an impressive 16 goals for the side, and earned himself a spot in the senior team. Williams came into the fold to become the 254 Eagles player, making his debut in 2020 against Richmond during round 14.

With Tom Hickey and Nathan Vardy set to potentially leave this summer Bailey Williams could find himself becoming a regular appearance in the Eagles side alongside the marquee man Naitanui.
