He started his career playing in the WAFL for the Eagles reserves, playing 18 games, racking up a whopping 247 disposals in 2018, and earnt his place in the first team side in the 2020 season, providing some vital cover to a depleted Eagles during the 2020 festival of footy.
O’Neill had a fairytale start to his career getting a goal on debut against GWS and went on to play an important part in the Eagles 2020 campaign, averaging 2 score involvements per game.
